About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated eCommerce Account Manager, Omnichannel to drive profitable sales growth across our omnichannel, marketplace, and eCommerce retail partners. This role is responsible for developing strategic account plans, building strong retailer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering sales objectives through effective assortment, pricing, promotion, and marketplace management.

As the primary business owner for assigned accounts, you will manage relationships with major retail partners such as Home Depot, Wayfair, Overstock, Target Plus, and other marketplace retailers while collaborating closely with Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Digital teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic, customer-focused seller with experience growing omnichannel businesses and managing key retail partnerships.

What You'll DoAccount Management & Business Growth
  • Own and manage assigned omnichannel and marketplace accounts to drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, buyers, category managers, and key customer stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans that expand distribution, market share, and sales performance.
  • Conduct business reviews and identify opportunities to enhance account productivity and profitability.
  • Support strategic national retail accounts as needed.
Sales Strategy & Customer Planning
  • Develop annual account plans and joint business strategies.
  • Analyze category performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Present assortment recommendations, promotional plans, and business opportunities to retail partners.
  • Support the launch and growth of new marketplace and dropship relationships.
eCommerce & Retail Media Execution
  • Partner with Digital Marketing teams to execute retail media and marketplace advertising programs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve return on advertising spend (ROAS).
  • Improve online visibility, digital content, and customer engagement across retail platforms.
Assortment, Pricing & Promotions
  • Develop product assortment strategies aligned with retailer needs and company objectives.
  • Partner with Merchandising and Planning teams on pricing and promotional initiatives.
  • Coordinate promotional calendars, seasonal events, and marketplace-specific campaigns.
  • Support online merchandising and product content optimization.
Forecasting & Performance Analysis
  • Track sales, profitability, inventory, forecasting, and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze customer, category, and competitive trends to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and present business performance reports and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Planning teams to support inventory availability and promotional execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, Merchandising, and Digital teams.
  • Support strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, account documentation, and business records.
  • Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandising, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace sales, omnichannel sales, account management, or retail sales.
  • Experience managing marketplace or major retail accounts such as Wayfair, Home Depot, Target Plus, Overstock, Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, or similar retailers.
  • Proven success growing sales, profitability, and customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of digital merchandising, marketplace operations, retail media, and category management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance and market trends.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related business applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Preferred
  • 7+ years of experience managing omnichannel, marketplace, or national retail accounts.
  • Experience within home furnishings, bedding, textiles, consumer products, manufacturing, or retail industries.
  • Experience developing joint business plans and long-term customer growth strategies.
  • Knowledge of retail media platforms and marketplace advertising programs.
  • Experience with Syndigo, PIM systems, DAM platforms, Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch new accounts, expand sales channels, and drive measurable business growth.
