Job description

Bow Wave is seeking Requirements Analysts - for those who seek to support a mission focused program in a challenging and dynamic environment. Analysts will be responsible for applying investigative, pragmatic, and mission driven aptitude in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This person would need experience managing requirements and products end to end, as well as bridging business and technical needs.
โ€ข Must be adept at Microsoft Office products.
โ€ข Responsible for driving and orchestrating requirements development and management for all solution lifecycles
โ€ข Ensure requirements are effectively captured from PI team for Automation team solution development scope/plans/schedules
โ€ข Lead requirements scoping and discovery cycles.
โ€ข Clarify business objectives, success criteria, compliance requirements (retention, records, eDiscovery), and constraints.
โ€ข Identify personas, roles, and access needs (incl. guest/external users).
โ€ข Conduct process discovery workshops (current-state/target-state)
โ€ข Conduct stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, etc. (as needed)
โ€ข Lead and facilitate requirements definition - ensure all requirements are identified and managed thru solution lifecycle:
โ€ข Elicit, refine, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
โ€ข Finalize user stories with acceptance criteria; maintain a traceable requirements backlog
โ€ข Capture integration requirements (connectors, APIs, data lineage) and data modeling (Dataverse tables/columns, SharePoint content types, metadata).
โ€ข Document automation logic (triggers, conditions, SLAs, exception handling, retry, idempotency).
โ€ข Define UX requirements (forms, validation, accessibility, mobile/responsive behavior, multilingual).
