The Waterproofing Services Manager will promote services and increase the client base for Weaver Waterproofing Services, striving for consistent and sustainable growth. They will develop and lead a team committed to excellence in service and to the Weaver core values.

• Lead the charge in the growth and development of Waterproofing services by building professional relationships and acquiring new clients. You will be partnering with the Commercial VP and Commercial General Manger to plan and implement growth strategies.
• Develop a strong team committed to excellence in quality and service.
• Innovate and develop new systems and processes for waterproofing that integrate with current Weaver structures.
• Connect with all prospective sales leads and maintain exceptional client communication within Waterproofing Services.
• Estimate calculation for Waterproofing sales, both direct to customers and within existing Weaver Commercial and Residential services.
• Financial Accountability when preparing capital budgets that support the Waterproofing growth strategy and coordinating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely job billings.
• Project Manage the full scope of Waterproofing jobs, including product acquisition, schedule coordination, and daily communication with Weaver teams and clients.
• Subject Matter Expert possessing thorough knowledge and commitment to ongoing education related to product application, system requirements, and new waterproofing products and systems.
• Maintain service consistency with occasional job site presence to assure proper practices and quality control.

• Experienced Leader: 5+ years of progressive responsibility within a construction environment.
• Construction Process Knowledge: Moderate to advanced understanding of building construction, work timelines, and cost associations.
• Business Development/Sales: Experience growing a business and creating a client base.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with water proofing practices is beneficial, but not a deal breaker for the right person.
• Engaging and Focused Communicator: Able to communicate in a relational and People First way, both internally and with clients.
• Continuous Learner: Stays up to date with new technologies and best practices, with the ability to apply new knowledge.
• Adaptable Multi-Project Manager: Effectively manages multiple projects in fast-paced or high-change environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborative & Forward-Thinking: Works cross-functionally with preconstruction, sales, and finance teams while contributing to planning, estimating, and adopting new technologies.

• $85,000-$105,000 annual salary
