Join our team as a Foreman! In this crucial role, you'll lead teams to successful project completion, ensuring top-notch quality and exceptional customer satisfaction. Take charge of exciting projects in foundation repair, basement and crawlspace waterproofing, encapsulation, and more.

What you’ll do:

● Supervise and lead teams while providing guidance and support.

● Foster a safety-conscious and collaborative team culture.

● Cascade the Company’s vision and provides clear direction.

● Ensures company vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools, and other assets are properly maintained.

● Ensures the team is providing a remarkable customer experience and satisfaction.

● Responsible for meeting budget requirements as set forth.

● Maintaining impeccable installation quality promptly.

● Cascade, track, and maintain weekly revenue-generating goals.


What you’ll need:
