We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our integrated design-build team, supporting the delivery of advanced technology, semiconductor, cleanroom, and mission-critical facilities. This role is well-suited for an engineer who is looking to develop a solid foundation in process system design and grow within a complex, high-performance environment.   • Support the design and engineering of process systems, including fluid transfer, heat exchange, and high-purity piping systems.
  • Contribute to systems involving ultrapure water (UPW), high-purity water (HPW), specialty gases, chemical distribution, and wastewater treatment.
  • Perform engineering calculations such as flow analysis, pressure drop (friction loss), pump sizing, and basic heat transfer evaluations.
  • Assist in the development of PFDs, P&IDs, and system layouts under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Participate in equipment selection and specification, including pumps, filtration systems, heat exchangers, and chemical delivery systems.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and controls teams to ensure coordinated system design in a design-build environment.
  • Support field activities including construction coordination, system walkthroughs, and commissioning efforts.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during design and installation phases.
  • Ensure designs align with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Have exposure to projects in semiconductor, advanced high-tech manufacturing, cleanroom, or mission-critical facilities.
  • Foundational knowledge in one or more of the following systems:
    • Ultrapure or high-purity water systems
    • Specialty gas and chemical distribution systems
    • Wastewater treatment systems (including solvent or acid systems)
    • Fluid transfer and pumping systems
    • Heat exchange systems
  • Understanding of piping systems, including basic pressure drop and material selection considerations.
  • Familiarity with PFDs and P&IDs.
  • Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
  • Internship or project experience within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facilities.
