Tower Technician - Becket, MA - Shrewsbury, MA - Coventry, CT

KMM Telecommunications is looking for a motivated and skilled Tower Technician to join our Team of Telecommunications Professionals in our Shrewsbury location for work in Massachusetts and Connecticut. We are looking for an individual that values hard-work and trust, and wants to be part of a Team that values the same. This position would be the 3rd or 4th position on a 3 or 4 person Tower Crew. KMM provides a comprehensive safety program and will train motivated candidates.

Local/Regional Applicants Only - No Rotations - Travel limited to Mon-Fri

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Valid driver’s license. Minimum 1-2 years tower construction experience preferred.
  • Green Hands new to the Tower Industry as well as applicants with no construction experience are welcome to apply and will be considered.
  • Comtrain or equivalent climbing certification preferred; training will be provided by KMM otherwise.
  • Must be flexible to work overtime; weekend and evening work sometimes required.
  • Must be flexible to work out of Market when/where required as site locations dictate.
  • Must be comfortable climbing and working at heights on towers, rooftops, water towers and other elevated structures up to 300ft.
