As a Sr. Field Service Technician, you won't just repair equipment-you'll troubleshoot, diagnose, and maintain electrical control systems, pumps, and related equipment that keep critical operations running. Your expertise will directly impact system reliability, safety, and customer uptime.

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, control panels, motors, and pump equipment
- Diagnose issues using digital multimeters, electrical testing tools, and diagnostic software
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on pumps and system components
- Troubleshoot SCADA, control systems, and related electrical infrastructure
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and system testing
- Install, configure, and support pump systems at customer job sites
- Conduct start-up support and ensure systems are operating correctly
- Identify equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and document findings
- Test repaired equipment to ensure proper performance and quality

What You Bring- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or field service roles
- Strong experience with:
- Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Motors, control panels, and industrial systems
- Reading schematics and using testing equipment
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to repair pumps and equipment
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
