As a Sr. Field Service Technician, you won't just repair equipment-you'll troubleshoot, diagnose, and maintain electrical control systems, pumps, and related equipment that keep critical operations running. Your expertise will directly impact system reliability, safety, and customer uptime.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, control panels, motors, and pump equipment
  • Diagnose issues using digital multimeters, electrical testing tools, and diagnostic software
  • Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on pumps and system components
  • Troubleshoot SCADA, control systems, and related electrical infrastructure
  • Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and system testing
  • Install, configure, and support pump systems at customer job sites
  • Conduct start-up support and ensure systems are operating correctly
  • Identify equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and document findings
  • Test repaired equipment to ensure proper performance and quality
  • Maintain safety standards and follow all electrical and site safety procedures [

You'll work directly in the field and at customer sites, solving real-time electrical and system issues. From diagnosing control failures to restoring system functionality, your work ensures equipment reliability and operational success.

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or field service roles
  • Strong experience with:
    • Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
    • Motors, control panels, and industrial systems
    • Reading schematics and using testing equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to repair pumps and equipment
  • Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
