Job Description

Supervises the maintenance and operations of the pools and pool support areas according to company standards and in compliance with states codes and related duties.

As Pool Technician Supervisor, you will:

  • Test water chemistry in pool using Vivo digital water test kit or as a backup Taylor DPD test kit, adjust chemicals where necessary, maintain all chemicals within state guidelines. Record all necessary information on provided forms
  • Be proficient with entering chemical test information on Vivopoint
  • Clean pool filters according to prescribed procedures
  • Perform maintenance on all pool bathroom fixtures
  • Supervise the cleaning of pools, pool decks, furniture, pump areas, bathrooms and pool tile
  • Repair and replace all pumps, pump motors, chemical feed controls, pool plumbing, decking, ladders/steps, heaters, underwater lighting and main grates
  • Deep clean pool decks and Vac-Pac areas
  • Deliver chemicals and other supplies to pools
  • Maintain and clean chemical storage areas and monitor inventory levels
  • Confirm daily and log that the lifts are in good operational condition
  • Ensure and document an adequate charging area for all battery-operated ADA lifts and batteries are fully charged
  • Basic computer skills, including the capability to learn and use Hotsos (resorts data/communication program)

Qualifications
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
  • Aquatics Facilitator Operator (AFO) Preferred
  • Valid State Driver’s License
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
