Water Mitigation Tech with MICA Experience Full Time • Westlake Village Bonus based on performance Free uniforms 1 800 Water Damage is Owned by Belfor, one of the leading Restoration Co. in our Country. At least 1 Yr of experience is a must with knowledge of MICA. Water Mitigation Tech is needed to be: On-call to arrive at the Emergency Service Call and be able to scope a Water Mitigation job, and enter all the information to MICA. Perform the emergency services needed. Review the Job Scope with the 1 800 Water Damage owner, ensuring we fully utilize the equipment. Be able to support our invoice to TPA or Adjuster. Work with TPA and Adjuster to get the job done, and paid for. Take proper pictures to support the Scope of Work, and make sure they are uploaded to the proper software. We do have a Docusketch Camara we can train you on. This tool is excellent at capturing all the pictures that will support the claim. Visit the job sites to do moisture readings, and update Mica daily, making sure it uploads into the TPA Software within the scheduled time allowance. Consult and work with TPA and Adjusters to keep the jobs moving forward promptly. Water Tech needs to be able to handle the emergency water loss calls, and perform the necessary work. Once we are in the second phase of the demo, it is required to Lead the labor crew as needed, if Laborers are needed. We are working with one TPA now and will be adding (2) more this month. Must be in uniform, with a professional appearance Must be on time and available for emergency calls after hours rotating with other staff. Must be able to pass background check Must have a good driving record Must have good customer service skills Must be able to work with TPA and Adjusters to get approvals and discuss the findings to support our Invoice Schedule changes as the work load changes, and Water Tech needs to be flexible. Currently, this is Part‐time, but will work full‐time. A supervisor position is available. Hourly pay plus Bonuses.
