Job description

Position Overview: StreamTech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor-CDL Operator to oversee daily operations of industrial services CDL drivers. This key leadership role bridges field employees and division management, ensuring safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction on every job. Ideal candidates will have at least 2½ years of industry experience and a proven track record in team supervision. This is a safety sensitive role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily supervision over assigned field crews and ensure high performance standards
  • Conduct job hazard assessments and enforce safety practices
  • Assign personnel and equipment to meet job requirements
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and communicating with upper management of complaints.
  • Conduct safety meetings and accident investigations
  • Evaluate, train, and mentor employees including "on-the job" performance appraisal and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
  • Inspect equipment periodically to ensure equipment meets safety and maintenance standards
  • Monitor job productivity and customer satisfaction, and perform manual labor if necessary to assist team with the job
  • Support staffing, scheduling, and resource planning
  • Any other duties assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 10 years Hydro vac, Tank Cleaning, and Hydro blasting/ Sand blasting experience required.
  • 5 years Prior experience in leading a team and/or supervisory roles.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to read reports, budgets, and job scopes
  • TWIC card
  • Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
  • Pass a physical exam, drug testing and background checks
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and work in extreme weather/environmental conditions
  • Working in confided spaces, working at heights, outdoors, etc.
  • Capable of working long shifts (up to 16 hours/day, 14 days consecutively)
  • Operate high-pressure water equipment and vacuum hoses safely

We provide safety training along with skills-based training.
