Education Background

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, complemented by readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) achieved within the first year of employment.
• Continuous maintenance of current certification throughout your tenure.
