  • Participate in formal training programs (e.g., OJT, Energy Supply Operator Training) and continue to develop technical knowledge through on-the-job learning with operators, technicians, and plant leadership
  • Support Operator/Technicians and other Managers in the operation and maintenance of the Riverton Plant and be able to provide weekend support.
  • Be available for 24/7 support of operations and maintenance.
  • Provide support for O&M budget.
  • Support purchasing, by investigating and specifying equipment and parts as directed by other managers.
  • Develop, implement, and manage projects of less than $50,000, including scope development, work packages, bid documents, scheduling, contractor selection, and full lifecycle project management (budget and schedule)
  • Provide support for larger projects. Support development of Capital Budget.
  • Support outage planning and implementation.
  • Manage 3 to 5 outage items which have a 3 to 5-person work crew with a duration of 2 to 4 days.
