Weston & Sampson Services is currently looking for a Chief Wastewater Treatment Operator to support operations and maintenance in the Upper Cape Cod Region.

ย 

What you'll do:

  • Monitoring and observing operating conditions and adjusting process controls as necessary
  • Troubleshooting of plant equipment and performing minor maintenance as necessary
  • Collecting samples and performing routine lab tests
  • Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
  • General housekeeping at facilities
  • Maintaining accurate records of operations and maintenance activities
  • Compiling monthly data for compliance reporting

What you will bring:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • MA Wastewater Treatment Grade 6C Full Operator License
  • Knowledge of MA DEP regulation of plan O&M
  • Familiarity with computers in a Windows based environment
  • Must be able to work outdoors in all climates, climb ladders and lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license

Pay Range: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour depending on experience
