Job description

Seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer with a California PE license for a full-time/perm placement. Client has offices in Los Angeles and San Diego and is ok with a hybrid office arrangement. Client is an engineering consulting firm that specializes in water project planning, design, and construction management for municipalities, public/private utilities, special districts, and more.


Please Note

  • Must have the ability to work in the office at least 1 or 2 days per week.
  • Offered salary range is $115,000 to $200,000


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to deliver water infrastructure planning, design, and project management of medium-to-large scale water/wastewater systems.
  • Oversee water, wastewater, and recycled water planning, design, including development of scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Client service management through exceptional project delivery, development of new client relationships, and identification of future business opportunities.
  • Preparation of high-quality written work products including masterplans, technical memoranda, reports, drawings, specifications, and documents.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Professional Engineer license in California or the ability to obtain one within 6 months
  • 10+ years experience in planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater and recycled water facilities.
  • Prior project experience includes pipelines, pump & lift stations, reservoirs, wells, hydraulic analysis, water modeling
