Restoration Supervisor (Crew Chief)

Immediate Path to Sales and Management

Barex of Atlanta - Sandy Springs, GA

Barex of Atlanta is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Restoration Supervisor who wants more than another hourly field position.

This role begins as a hands-on Crew Chief. During your first few months, you'll work from the truck, lead mitigation projects, and learn how Barex operates. Once you've demonstrated that you can manage jobs, communicate with customers, and represent the company professionally, we want to begin putting you in front of customers to sell projects and develop into a management role.

This is an opportunity for someone with restoration experience who is hungry to grow. The right person will have a clear path toward leadership, sales responsibilities, and commission-based earning potential.

Why Join Barex?
  • Competitive base pay
  • Immediate advancement path toward sales and management
  • Commission-based earning opportunities
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Professional training and certifications, including IICRC and OSHA
  • Team events and employee recognition
  • Growing, performance-driven company culture
What You'll Do Initially
  • Work from the truck and lead water mitigation and remediation projects
  • Perform hands-on restoration work alongside your crew
  • Direct technicians and assign daily responsibilities
  • Maintain quality, safety, and jobsite cleanliness
  • Monitor equipment, materials, consumables, and labor hours
  • Complete job documentation, including photos, moisture readings, equipment logs, and daily notes
  • Communicate progress with customers, project managers, and the office
  • Identify additional work and opportunities while on-site
  • Provide customers with a professional and transparent experience
Where This Position Can Lead

As you learn our process and prove your ability to lead projects, we want to help you grow into:

  • Inspecting and estimating restoration projects
  • Meeting with customers and selling mitigation services
  • Managing crews, schedules, and job performance
  • Developing referral and customer relationships
  • Earning commissions based on sales and performance
  • Taking on a larger operational or management role within Barex of Atlanta
What We're Looking For
  • Two to three years of water mitigation or restoration experience
  • Crew Chief, Lead Technician, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of drying equipment, moisture meters, containment, demolition, and jobsite safety
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Leadership ability and a willingness to work alongside the crew
  • Interest in learning sales, estimating, and project management
  • A growth-oriented mentality and desire to earn greater responsibility
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • IICRC certification preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with team assistance
  • Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, confined areas, and at ceiling height
  • Comfort working with restoration chemicals and cleaning agents
This Position Is for Someone Who Wants to Grow

Barex of Atlanta is performing well and continuing to expand. We want people who are excited by the opportunity to build something - not someone looking to remain in the same position indefinitely.

If you're willing to prove yourself in the field, develop your sales and leadership abilities, and take ownership of your career, this position can become a highly competitive opportunity.

Join Barex of Atlanta and help us build one of the regionโ€™s most trusted restoration companies.
