Join our established insurance restoration firm as a Water Mitigation/Remediation Technician. We specialize in various services including lead abatement, mold remediation, asbestos removal, and general demolition/cleanup. If you are a highly skilled and motivated individual, this position offers industry certifications, additional training, and a chance to work on exciting projects. Higher pay scale is for candidates with actual industry experience and or certifications!

Job Requirements:

  • Possess viable computer skills and tablet operation
  • Team Player and Good Communicator
  • Cleaning and Janitorial Experience
  • Packing & Un-Packing experience, Contents Track Experience is an advantage
  • House Cleaning, Final and Rough Wash
  • Minor Demo and Tear Out
  • English speaking, Spanish speaking is a bonus
  • Good Driving Record & Chauffeur's License is Plus
  • Xactimate and Sketch Capability is preferred
  • IICRC certifications a plus
