Professionals in water efficiency roles often encounter challenges such as stakeholder resistance to change, limited budgets for implementing new technologies, and the complexity of tracking and analyzing water usage data. Overcoming these challenges typically involves effective communication to demonstrate the long-term cost savings and environmental benefits of water efficiency measures, seeking out grants or rebates to offset costs, and utilizing advanced metering and data analysis tools to provide actionable insights.
