What You'll Do:
Truck Driver Positions Available at Kerr Contractors- F/T
*Multiple Positions Open: Year-Round work w/ overtime*
  • Dump Truck Driver
  • Side Dump Truck Driver
  • Belly Dump Truck Driver
  • Haul Truck Driver
  • Water Truck Driver

  • Operate various trucks including dump trucks (standard, side, and belly) and haul trucks to transport construction materials and equipment
  • Load and unload materials at sites, ensuring proper distribution and weight balance
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate delivery, mileage, and fuel consumption records
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and team members
  • Perform routine truck maintenance and minor repairs
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures
  • Keep truck and equipment clean and organized

What You'll Need:
  • Valid Class "A" CDL for dump truck positions
  • Valid Class "B" CDL for water truck positions
  • Current DOT medical card
  • Clean driving record without serious violations
  • Experience operating standard, side, and end dump trucks, as well as haul trucks
  • Familiarity with truck and pup operations
  • Knowledge of construction site safety, truck maintenance, and road safety regulations
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical
  • Positive attitude and commitment to job completion
