Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide excellent instruction and faculty support to students, which may include evening, weekend, online or hybrid and/or off-campus assignments. Provide academic assistance and related services to students during scheduled office hours. Maintain currency in field(s) of expertise. Associate faculty focus primarily on providing instruction and/or student services. The Engineering Transfer Program offers the standard spectrum of freshman and sophomore engineering classes needed to transfer as a junior to a 4-year college or university so students may complete their bachelor's degree in the engineering discipline of their choice.
