Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Water Damage Restoration Technician and become a vital part of restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages. In this energetic role, you will be on the front lines of disaster recovery, utilizing your skills to assess damage, perform restorations, and ensure properties are returned to their pre-loss condition. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help clients recover quickly and confidently from unexpected events. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to water, fire, mold, and other property damage calls to assess the scope of work needed.
  • Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and cleaning using specialized equipment and techniques.
  • Conduct mold remediation procedures safely and effectively following industry standards.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools for demolition, cleaning, and restoration tasks.
  • Assist with fire restoration efforts including soot removal, odor control, and debris cleanup.
  • Support asbestos abatement projects when required, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
  • Perform carpet cleaning and general cleaning tasks to restore properties to their original condition.
  • Document all work performed accurately and communicate progress with team members and clients.

Experience

  • Prior experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred; familiarity with water damage restoration is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, including carpet cleaning and general property sanitation.
  • Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and construction-related tasks for building or repair work.
  • Understanding of fire restoration processes and mold remediation procedures.
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines related to asbestos abatement and other hazardous materials.
