We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President of Global Connected Solutions. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and takes pride in ensuring executives operate at their highest level of effectiveness.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage a complex global calendar, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and prioritizing executive focus on key business objectives.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and logistics.
  • Prepare executive briefings, meeting materials, agendas, and supporting documentation.
  • Manage expense reporting and reconciliation with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate customer meetings, leadership sessions, executive visits, and other high-profile engagements.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and operational challenges, proactively identifying solutions before issues arise.
  • Provide office coordination support for the Ft. Lauderdale location, helping maintain a professional and welcoming workplace environment.
  • Support team events, offsites, town halls, and leadership meetings.
  • Assist with administrative and scheduling needs across the Connected Solutions leadership team as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
What You'll Need:
  • 5-8 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex calendars and coordinating across multiple time zones.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with travel and expense management systems such as Concur or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, in-office environment.
  • Proven ability to exercise discretion and manage confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
