Pay & Schedule
  • Starting Pay: $18.00to $21.00 per hour depending on your skills and experience
  • Hours: 26 - 30 hours per week - this is variable schedule.
  • Schedule: Primarily daytime hours Monday - Friday. Holiday availability will include the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends.

Lead & Inspire Your Team
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate your team across multiple stores
  • Provide clear direction and support your team both in person and remotely

Keep Stores Looking Their Best
  • Ensure departments are well-stocked and organized,
  • Oversee seasonal transitions and ensure timelines and budgets are met

Solving Problems & Building Relationships
  • Address store concerns and execution challenges
  • Build strong relationships with store management to deliver top-notch results

Guide Floor Sets
  • Lead or assist with new or updated store installations and department resets
  • Ensure Hallmark's high merchandising standards are maintained

Stay Hands-On
  • Balance leadership responsibilities with physical, in store work
  • Manage time effectively across multiple locations

Physical Requirements
This is an active role that keeps you moving:
  • Regularly lift 30 - 50 lbs.

  • Work on sales floors and in stockrooms

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old
  • Able to read, write and communicate in English
  • Comfortable using smart phone technology
  • Reliable and consistent transportation to travel within your territory
  • Availability including evenings, weekends and holiday weeks
