Job description

Overview

Wilson and Company is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4‑10 years of experience in the Water/Wastewater discipline in Salina. The role may include production management, project management, contracting, mentoring, client management, and business development.

Responsibilities
  • Produce and manage engineering plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, and InRoads.
  • Conduct hydraulic and environmental calculations, write technical reports.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, contact and visit clients for business development/marketing.
  • Attend local industry conferences and seminars.
  • Work independently while collaborating with team members.
Qualifications & Experience
  • BS in Civil Engineering or Water Resources emphasis.
  • 4+ years of experience in Water/Wastewater projects.
  • PE license required.
  • Experience with plan production, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, and InRoads is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Salary & Benefits

Annual Salary Range: $79,000 - $135,000.
