Job description

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Laborer who is confident and enthusiastic individual and can maintain the appearance and environmental compliance at the Facility. This position will require high visibility to traffic and must wear PPE to keep eye to eye contact with other employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to see the areas on the ground that need litter removed and disposed of in containers.
  • Retrieve waste litter and place them in designated container.
  • Perform sweeping and cleaning to the breakrooms and maintenance shop areas.
  • Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.

Physical Requirements:

  • Handle tools, equipment, fine motor skills
  • Reach with hands and arms
  • Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet
  • Occasionally must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
