INSERV, Inc., a leading regional specialist in industrial maintenance and environmental services, is seeking safety-first, professional Class A or Class B CDL Drivers to join our team in Mishawaka, Indiana.

This is not an over-the-road (OTR) position where you spend weeks away from home tracking mileage. At INSERV, you are paid an hourly rate (plus robust overtime) to drive a modern, specialized fleet and operate advanced equipment on exciting, diverse industrial projects throughout the region. As a CDL Driver & Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe transport, setup, and operation of our industrial fleet:

  • Drive and operate heavy commercial vehicles, including vacuum trucks, liquid tankers, roll-off units, box trucks, and service support vehicles.
  • Assist field crews on-site with specialized industrial projects, including high-pressure water blasting, commercial tank cleaning, and environmental waste management.
  • Maintain strict adherence to DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA safety standards. Complete thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) records.
  • Properly manage job-site manifests, bill of lading (BOL), and safety compliance paperwork.
  • Provide professional, solution-oriented customer service while representing INSERV on active client facilities.
