JOB OPENINGCase ManagerFOR THECourt Support Services Department of the Washington County Sheriff's OfficeFULL TIME WITH BENEFITS$23.11 Per Hour Washington County is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support adults participating in the Washington County Court Support Services Program. This position works closely with participants, treatment providers, courts, attorneys, law enforcement, community supervision, and community resources to coordinate services and help participants successfully navigate treatment and court requirements. (This is a grant funded position and the position may be eliminated if funding is discontinued.)The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who can build professional relationships, manage sensitive information, maintain accurate documentation, and provide evidence-based case management services within the criminal justice and behavioral health systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide evidence-based case management services.Coordinate case action plans and treatment services.Monitor participant progress and program compliance.Maintain accurate case records and prepare court reports.Collaborate with courts, attorneys, law enforcement, treatment providers, and community resources.Conduct drug testing as needed.Provide courtroom testimony when required.Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable program requirements.QualificationsCandidates must meet one of the following:Bachelor's degree in social work, science, criminal justice, or a related field preferred; ORUtah Peer Support Specialist Certification; ORFour years of equivalent work experience.Additional Requirements:Valid Peer Support Specialist certification.Valid Utah Driver's License.Ability to pass a full background check.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Bilingual English/Spanish is desirable but not required. A complete job description can be found on our website:https://www.washco.utah.gov/forms/human-resources/jobs/Only Applications submitted online byAugust 30, 2026 will be accepted. Washington County is an Equal Opportunity EmployerWomen & Minorities are encouraged to apply.
