Job description

The Washington Commanders are seeking reliable, enthusiastic, and service-driven individuals to join our Gameday Event Staff in a part-time, seasonal role. Do you enjoy making people smile and creating lifetime memories for guests? The Washington Commanders are looking for individuals to provide excellent customer service at Northwest Stadium throughout all game day events during the 2026/2027 season. As a Guest Service Team Member, you will work with us to create excellent experiences for all fans, guests, owners & fellow staff at Northwest Stadium. You will welcome guests, provide accurate information and directions, and ensure every guest and colleague feels valued and supported.
This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to hospitality excellence. You will help create a welcoming environment that reflects the pride and passion of the Washington Commanders organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
โ€ข REQUIRED to work ALL 2026/2027 Washington Commanders home games and potential playoff games.
โ€ข Engage guests with fun and positive energy to provide excellent customer service to enhance their gameday experience.
โ€ข Enforce Northwest Stadium, Washington Commanders, and NFL rules, regulations, and policies at all times.
โ€ข Identify problems when/before they occur and quickly contact the best staff representative to rectify the situation.
โ€ข Receive and quickly act upon requests from guests. In the event of a serious problem, rapidly defer to upper management.
โ€ข In the event of an emergency, assist in evacuating Northwest Stadium, while maintaining a calm, professional manner.
โ€ข All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
โ€ข Must be able to commit to working all summer events, special events & football home games and potential playoff games.
โ€ข Must be at least age 18 or over with HS Diploma or GED.
โ€ข A valid driver's license may be required.
โ€ข Must be able to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
โ€ข Ability to be friendly and courteous, while using appropriate discretion based on the situation.
โ€ข Effective verbal communication skills.
โ€ข Must have the ability to maintain knowledge and adhere to the Guest Services policies and procedures.
โ€ข Strong interpersonal skills.
โ€ข Able to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, climb stairs and ramps, and work in various weather conditions.
โ€ข Be a team player who will work well in a fast-paced environment.
