Job Summary:
The Car Wash Manager at Wash Masters is responsible for the daily operation of the car wash. The Manager will oversee the staff, ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently, monitor quality control, and improve the customer experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
This Full-Time salary position pays an annual salary of $65,000-$70,000 and is compensated on a weekly basis. Benefits include:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash
- Recruit, manage, and train staff
- Create and enforce policies and procedures
- Process all transactions and reconcile all sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
