As a Customer Service Teammate at GO Car Wash, you'll be helping our customers care for their cars-in which they've invested a lot of money, time, and pride. This includes explaining our car wash options and requirements to customers, preparing and loading their cars in our car washes, and assisting customers with self-cleaning options. You'll also help maintain our car washes and sites to ensure we're providing a superior, clean car wash experience for all our customers.
To succeed at all of this, you must be able to:
  • Positively and energetically engage and communicate with customers
  • Quickly understand, retain, and follow directions and procedures-especially safety
  • Continuously stand, move, and smile for long periods of time

Also, you must:
  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Verify you can work in the US

Compensation.
Our Teammates in this role typically earn $17.55/hour, which includes a base pay of $15.55/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and our top performers regularly exceed $2/hour in additional earnings. Offer will depend on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
