They take pride in ensuring that the community's exterior and interior are always fresh, clean, and appealing, allowing our residents to feel a deep sense of pride in calling a Wasatch Property Management community their home.
What you'll do:
  • Enhance and beautify our community!
  • Build rapport with residents.
  • Respond to service needs and make ready schedule.
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Amenity appearance - Notice the details by helping to maintain great curb appeal!

What we're looking for:
  • General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.

Benefits and Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - 17.25 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!
