At Wasatch Property Management, our Maintenance Technicians are integral to each community's success. They provide the technical know-how behind every aspect of our apartment communities. From HVAC systems to plumbing repairs and cosmetic enhancements, Maintenance Technicians are vital in ensuring resident satisfaction. They are personable individuals with exceptional technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hands-on work.
What you'll do:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
  • Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
  • Consistently exemplifying the Wasatch brand.
  • Embodying an owner's mindset.

What we're looking for:
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
