This onsite role offers a supportive, collaborative environment where compassion, integrity, and innovation are at the heart of the care we provide. As a therapist, you will work with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a variety of behavioral health concerns, helping them develop the skills and support needed to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Therapists in this position earn $28.50–$44.03/hour. What You'll Do as a Therapist
- Provide individual therapy using evidence-based practices
- Develop and maintain treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development
- Attend team meetings and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Support clients with empathy, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving
Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy.
- Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
- Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
- Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
- Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check.
