Carlisle is seeking a Warranty System Analyst to join their team in Carlisle, PA. In this position, the employee is responsible for reviewing and approving project files for warranty eligibility, and ensuring that all documentation and installation details meet established standards. On a daily basis, the role involves responding to a variety of technical inquiries related to Carlisle's roofing systems. This includes providing guidance on installation design and application procedures, offering support on roofing system design, interpreting building code requirements, and advising on wind design considerations. The employee serves as a technical resource, helping internal teams and external customers navigate complex specifications to ensure compliance and optimal system performance. Strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve submitted project files for warranty.
  • Respond via telephone, email or formal writing to technical inquiries related to warranty, design and code requirements.
  • Participate in job site visits to evaluate field conditions and offer necessary design options.
  • As required, assist in updating specification and code approval guide materials
  • Other special projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Normal 8AM to 5PM hours with occasional extended hours

Additional Information:

This position typically operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate meetings across time zones or address critical business needs. The employee is expected to comply with all company policies, including those related to data security, confidentiality, acceptable use of technology, and remote work standards.

This is a fully onsite position. The employee is expected to be physically present at their designated work location during scheduled hours. In-person attendance is essential for collaboration, access to onsite resources, and the performance of job responsibilities. Employees must comply with all site-specific safety, security, and conduct policies.

Periodic travel may be required for team meetings, training sessions, or company-sponsored events, with advance notice provided. Travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with the company's travel and expense policy.
