Job description

Tri-City Group is currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for an immediate opening in Davenport, IA. This position will be located at the CST Tri-Venture Warehouse. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for receiving, organizing, staging, loading, and delivering materials, tools, and equipment to support construction projects. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, operating warehouse equipment safely, and ensuring materials are ready when crews need them.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments
  • Pick, stage, and load materials for upcoming projects
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using company inventory software
  • Track company tools through checkout and return processes
  • Assist with inventory counts and routine warehouse audits
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles
  • Prepare outgoing shipments and verify materials before delivery
  • Assist with deliveries to local job sites as needed
  • Perform routine inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment
  • Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns
  • Assist with maintaining company tools, equipment, and warehouse supplies
  • Follow OSHA, company safety policies, and PPE requirements
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and field personnel to support project needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM -3:30 PM. Occasional changes to the work schedule may be required as job duties demand.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of warehouse or material handling experience
  • Previous forklift and pallet jack experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds
  • Strong attendance and reliability

Preferred:
  • Current forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)
  • Experience with inventory management software
  • Experience in construction, electrical, or industrial warehouses
  • Class B CDL (beneficial but not required).
