Summary

Job Title: ย ย ย ย ย  Warehouse - Delivery

Location:ย ย ย ย ย ย  All Native Solutions

Reports To:ย ย  All Native Branch Manager

SUMMARY

Coordinates warehouse activities, including filling orders, delivering orders, set-up/installation of office furniture. Incumbent also works with Office Manager to ensure proper inventories are ordered and available for prompt delivery to customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures timely and accurate delivery of customer shipments using invoices.
  • ย 
  • Installs/sets-up customer office equipment & furniture.
  • ย 
  • Receives proper count and physical inspection of merchandise based upon purchase orders received.
  • ย 
  • Coordinates with Branch Manager to ensure adequate inventory is received and available for prompt customer deliveries, including short pick-up purchases.

  • Manages deliveries to customers due any shortages or mistakes on original scheduled deliveries.
  • ย 
  • Prepares warehouse inventory and processes returns.
  • ย 
  • Oversees proper warehouse maintenance and safekeeping.
  • ย 
  • Responsible to maintain warehouse in full compliance with all Federal, State and local regulatory safety, labor, and worker's comp and health requirements.

  • Participates in overall development of Division's Profit Sharing Program/Reporting system.
  • ย 
  • Performance of special cost studies as required (e.g. delivery, Labor sorting).
  • ย 
  • Responsible for controlling labor costs.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience. Degree preferred, but not required in lieu of experience. Must be computer literate, with a working knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (i.e. staff meetings, employee reviews, reporting, committees, etc.).

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Maintains a valid Driver's License. Must be insurable.
