As our Warehouse Manager, you'll own the entire warehouse operationfrom receiving and inventory management to order fulfillment and shipping. You'll lead a team, optimize processes, and ensure that every product that leaves our facility meets the quality standards our customers expect. What You'll Do
Own Inventory Management: Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures. Conduct regular audits, minimize discrepancies, and coordinate with procurement to optimize stock levels based on demand forecasts.
Run Day-to-Day Warehouse Operations: Oversee shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. Develop and implement best practices for warehouse processes to enhance efficiency. Monitor and enforce safety standards and protocols.
Lead and Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse personnel. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Optimize Space and Storage: Plan and organize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization. Implement strategies to improve storage efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure proper conditions for temperature-sensitive products.
Drive Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards. Collaborate with the QA team to address issues and maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
Collaborate Across Departments: Liaise with sales, customer service, and leadership to ensure seamless communication. Participate in regular meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities.

Shipping promise has no owner: Filtrous wins customers by shipping fast and error-free, yet no single person is accountable for hitting that 99%-plus on-time, correct-order bar, so the company's core promise is exposed every day.
Inventory you can't trust: Stock records drift from what is actually on the shelves, and without regular audits and tight coordination with purchasing the company keeps the wrong amounts of stock and cannot rely on its own numbers.
Warehouse runs without a routine: Receiving, putaway, and fulfillment lack agreed, enforced methods, so the floor operates by improvisation rather than a dependable process that holds up as volume grows.
Safety and quality gaps: Temperature-sensitive products and a required quality certification mean any lapse in safety enforcement or quality checks risks injuries, spoiled goods, and a failed audit.
Untrained, turning-over team: Without someone to recruit, train, and steady the warehouse crew, the operation loses people and consistency, and an inexperienced floor team makes the speed and accuracy targets nearly impossible to hit.

Achieve zero safety incidents through rigorous protocol enforcement
Reduce inventory discrepancies to less than 1% through regular audits

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a similar industry
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments
Bonus points if you have:
Experience managing warehouse operations for laboratory or scientific products
Background in ISO 9001:2015 compliant environments
Experience with temperature-controlled storage and hazardous materials handling
