Join Our Company as a Warehouse Picker – Packer!

Role Overview
​We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Picker - Packer to join our operations team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our supply chain by accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment, as well as, supporting daily assembly projects. Key Responsibilities
Picking
  • ​Organizing labels to coincide with warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
  • ​Safely navigate the warehouse using the mouse cart as transportation
  • Utilize handheld scanners to select products from bin locations with 100% accuracy
  • Daily communications of needed stock replacement, inventory discrepancies and mislabeled items to management
Packing
  • ​Verifying customer labels and order details for efficient picking
  • ​Packing product with 100% accuracy into designated labeled bags for each order
  • ​Handing off completed orders to the shipping department in a timely manner
  • Restocking of product to bins to maintain inventory levels
Assembly & Ad Hoc Work
  • ​Support the assembly department by assembling parts following the last daily parcel pickup
  • ​Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work area 
  • ​Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned within the warehouse. i.e. shipping, receiving, assembly, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on order precision to achieve 100% accuracy in picking and packing, so our customers receive exactly what they order
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch and pick up to 50lbs 
  • ​​Reliability: Showing up daily to support the team, strong time-management skills and a solid work ethic to support the team’s daily goals
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Windows OS and handheld scanners/mobile devices & other software/hardware to complete the job to be done

Work Environment
  • ​Active warehouse environment
  • ​​Frequent lifting, carrying, stacking, pushing and pulling of small parts and packages up to 50lb’s or more
