Summary
 
Responsible for supporting warehouse and inventory operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and finished goods. Ensures accurate inventory control, safe material handling, regulatory compliance (GMP/SOP), and timely delivery of production and customer shipments.
 
 
Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, stage, and deliver materials for production and customer shipments.
  • Prepare Domestic, Import, and Export shipments, including documentation and coordination with freight forwarders.
  • Coordinate courier shipments using FedEx and UPS systems.
  • Receive, store, retrieve, and stage raw materials and Work-in-Progress (WIP).
  • Store released materials according to established warehouse and environmental requirements.
  • Maintain accurate material movement using pick slips and inventory systems.
  • Verify shipment quantities and ensure materials are free from visible dust or debris.
  • Deliver non-production items throughout the facility as required.
  • Maintain hazardous waste storage in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Operate manual and powered material-handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain clean, organized equipment and storage areas per housekeeping standards.
  • Maintain adequate packaging supplies and pallet inventory.
  • Support receiving operations as needed.
  • Comply with all corporate, GMP, SOP, and government safety guidelines
Required Skills
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Experience with pick/pack/ship warehouse operations.
  • Prior warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience required.
  • Experience preparing import and export shipping documentation.
  • Experience coordinating shipments with couriers and freight forwarders.
  • Familiarity with hazardous material handling and storage.
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing or GMP environment.
  • Ability to operate manual and powered material-handling equipment.
  • Data entry and inventory transaction skills.
  • Working knowledge of inventory control systems (e.g., SAP, DR).
  • Understanding of safety, GMP, and SOP compliance.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in material handling.
