This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working with customers, staying active, and being part of a team.

Provide friendly, professional service and represent BellSimons with every customer interaction
Verify orders, secure loads, and follow established delivery procedures
Complete daily vehicle inspections and keep company vehicles clean and well maintained

Maintain required driver credentials and promptly report any driving, license, or credential changes
Communicate with the branch and supervisors regarding deliveries, customer needs, and any issues that arise
At the Branch

Secure loads for transport and handle materials safely in accordance with established requirements
Complete equipment safety checks and promptly report unsafe conditions
Use company systems for routine data entry, communication, and documentation
Work with customers, vendors, supervisors, and branch teammates to resolve issues and keep deliveries and orders moving
Pitch in wherever needed to support customer and business needs
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of driving, warehouse, delivery, or related experience
Valid state driver’s license and required DOT credentials
Insurable driving record and strong commitment to safe driving
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently on the road and collaboratively in the warehouse
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using GPS, mobile devices, and other business technology
Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Basic math and numerical skills
Commitment to following established safety procedures
What Success Looks Like
Customers know they can count on you.
You make deliveries safely and on time, communicate when something changes, and treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to provide great service. You keep products secure, vehicles in good condition, and the branch informed throughout the delivery process.
When you’re back at the branch, you’re ready to jump in and help wherever you’re needed — whether that means unloading a shipment, picking an order, stocking inventory, or helping a teammate.
Whether you’re behind the wheel or in the warehouse, you take pride in doing the job right and keeping things moving.
Ready to Get Moving?
If you’re dependable, customer-focused, and enjoy a mix of driving and hands-on warehouse work, we’d like to meet you. Apply today and help us keep customers moving with the right products, right when they need them.
