Based in Los Angeles, Pasquini Espresso Co. specializes in the sale and service of home and commercial espresso machines. Our focus isโ€”and always has beenโ€”on maintaining long-lasting relationships with our customers by providing high-quality products and services. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing and shipping orders as well as managing inventory, and maintaining an organized, clean and efficient warehouse.

Position Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for physical handling of all inventory in the product department, including receiving items, accurately picking, fulfilling, and shipping items to customers, restocking and rotating product, assisting in cycle counts, notifying operations manager of low stock items, and ensuring productsโ€™ expiration is in accordance with company policy
  • Greet walk-in customers
  • Perform POS check outs
  • Conduct accurate product and parts inventory counts. Receive and organize parts as they arrive.
  • Ensures that all returns follow the written return policy and is accompanied by a return material authorization form and notes inventory items that are damaged or expired
  • Ensures high daily productivity and accuracy by following all written company procedures
  • Uses and has knowledge of warehouse equipment and ensures a culture of safety in the workplace
  • Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of the warehouse, warehouse and technician supplies, and building grounds
  • Assists other departments as needed
