The Warehouse Worker II is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading products, inventory stocking and storage, order fulfillment, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and initiative.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under direction.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to warehouse safety guidelines.

  • At least three (3) years of warehouse experience required.
  • Experience operating power equipment is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain an organized warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy and workplace safety.
  • Assist with basic customer service inquiries and support.
  • Complete time-sensitive tasks accurately and efficiently with limited supervision.
  • Prioritize workload to meet operational demands.
  • Utilize multiple software systems and websites to complete daily assignments.
  • Operate handheld scanners and related technology to ensure shipment and inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Address and resolve routine operational issues within the assigned area.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
  • Assist customers picking up orders.
  • Process and invoice purchase orders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequently lift and carry items weighing 10-20 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders or steps as needed.
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the duration of the shift.
