LOOKING FOR A STEADY WAREHOUSE JOB?

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Unloaders to join our warehouse teams. This is a great opportunity for dependable, hard-working individuals who enjoy staying active and want to build experience in the logistics industry.

THE ROLE

As a Warehouse Unloader, you'll help keep freight moving by unloading incoming shipments and getting products organized and safely into the warehouse. This is a hands-on, physical position where you'll be on your feet and moving throughout the shift.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Unload boxes, cases, and other freight from trailers
Move products from the dock to designated warehouse areas
Sort and organize freight as it comes off trailers
Build, stack, and wrap pallets
Lift and carry products weighing approximately 25-75 lbs
Use safe lifting and material-handling techniques
Keep the dock and work areas clean and organized
Work with teammates to complete daily production goals
Follow warehouse safety procedures and site guidelines
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Reliable and dependable attendance
Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard
Comfortable performing physical work for an entire shift
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 25-75 lbs
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, walk, and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Previous warehouse, unloading, stocking, or freight experience is a plus
