PrideStaff, a nationally recognized staffing firm, is partnering with a leading local company to add a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and enjoy keeping orders and inventory flowing, we want to hear from you.

Schedule & Pay
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime may be available)
  • Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
  • Experience Level: Entry-level; 1–2 years
Core Responsibilities
  • Receive, verify, and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and condition.
  • Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for on-time shipment.
  • Perform cycle counts; organize stock for efficient space utilization.
  • Coordinate with carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight providers.
  • Utilize basic computer skills to operate inventory/shipping software.
  • Interpret packing slips, bills of lading, and purchase orders.
  • Document and report damages or discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping.
What You Bring
  • Recent shipping and receiving experience (required).
  • Forklift operating experience and comfort working on the dock.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and regularly.
  • Background in warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, delivery, inventory) preferred.
