📦 Shipping & Packing Associate Join a Stable Team with Growth Opportunities!

Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term warehouse opportunity? We're seeking Shipping & Packing Associates to help accurately pick, scan, pack, and ship customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment.

What You'll Do

• Pick products from warehouse totes based on customer orders
• Use RF scanners to verify order accuracy and track inventory
• Carefully pack products to ensure safe delivery
• Label and prepare shipments according to carrier requirements
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities
• Count and verify inventory as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies

What We're Looking For

✅ Reliable transportation and strong attendance

✅ At least 1 year average tenure in previous positions

✅ Warehouse experience preferred, including:

• Picking
• Packing
• Shipping
• Receiving
• Inventory control

✅ RF scanner experience or willingness to learn

✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

✅ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

✅ Ability to work extended hours during peak season, including 10-12 hour shifts when required

Schedule Options

1st Shift

• Monday - Friday
• Start between 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM
• End around 3:30 PM
• Starting at $15/hr, with a raise to $19.65 after contract period!

2nd Shift

• Sunday - Thursday
• 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Starting at $15.50/hr, with a raise to $20.15 after contract period!

Work Environment

• Semi climate-controlled warehouse
• Fast-paced distribution environment
• Use of RF scanners, totes, and shipping equipment
• Team-focused and safety-driven workplace

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.50/hr.
