Location: Kaukauna, WI

After 500 working hours, benefits include: Health, Dental and Vision

Shift: 1st (6:00AM - 4:30PM, Tuesday - Friday, 10 hours)

Job description:

Verifies and keeps records on incoming shipments, unloads and lay down of materials, inventory management, support of all receiving functions.

Summary of Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Drive rough terrain forklift to unload and move materials
  • Compare identifying information and counts, weighs, or measure items from incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading invoices, orders, or other records.
  • Unpack and examine incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items, recording shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
  • Properly routes items to appropriate department or yard location.
  • Read and understand certified metal technical records (CMTR’s) and input them into file system
  • Communicate with vendors to acquire missing paperwork
  • Input receipts on computer
  • Order shop supplies and maintain consumable crib
  • Back up Receiving department supervisor duties for vacation/illness

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Computer proficiency in a variety of computer programs, keyboarding skills.
  • Experience with rough terrain forklifts
