Position Overview

The Warehouse Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing and loading completed Sunpro orders according to the appropriate delivery zones. This role involves consistent heavy lifting of materials ranging from 55 to 150 pounds, requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and load completed SunPro orders according to the correct delivery zones
  • Lift items consistently weighing between 55-150 lbs
  • Ensure orders are accurately packed and ready for delivery
  • Maintain organization and accuracy in shipments
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace
  • Coordinate with other teams as needed
  • Focus on timely, accurate order fulfillment

Who you are

  • Work in a plant/manufacturing setting, which is not climate-controlled (non-A/C regulated)
  • Perform independent lifting of 55+ lbs on a regular basis
  • Participate in team lifting of 80+ lbs as needed
  • Operate in a physically demanding environment with a focus on safety and accuracy
  • Utilize both manual and power tools to complete tasks
  • Handle and operate heavy machinery and equipment in daily operations
  • All other duties as assigned
