Job description

Overview
Lutron is seeking an SAP Extended Warehouse Management Analyst that will play a key role in transforming warehouse operations through innovative technology solutions at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. In this position, you will design, implement, and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management systems that drive efficiency, scalability, and accuracy across our supply chain.
As a trusted partner to business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, you'll ensure that warehouse processes align with organizational goals and deliver measurable improvements. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to optimize workflows and enhance operational performance.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Extended Warehouse Management functional specifications.
  • Configure and customize SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules to meet operational needs.
  • Support end-to-end implementation of SAP Extended Warehouse Management projects including blueprinting, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within SAP to ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Extended Warehouse Management related issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and super-users.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on SAP Extended Warehouse Management innovations and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA required
    • If a candidate has 10 or more years of work experience post academics, no minimum GPA is required
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management implementation and support that includes experience with RF (Radio Frequency) bar code scanning devices and integration required
  • Proven understanding of warehouse processes and logistics required
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA required
  • Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management MFS (Material Flow System), and/or familiarity with Agile or SAP Activate methodology, and/or ABAP debugging skills preferred
  • Experience in global rollouts and multi-site implementations a plus
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time (This includes travel between Lutron facilities and technology conferences)
