Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable, motivated Cross-Trained Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in doing things the right way, and is willing to learn multiple aspects of warehouse and delivery support.

This position is cross-trained across receiving, put-away, delivery preparation, minor repairs, and assisting with deliveries. The right candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

ResponsibilitiesReceiving amp; Put-Away
  • Assist with unloading inbound freight and transfers
  • Inspect product for damage and accuracy upon receipt
  • Properly scan, label, and put away product into designated warehouse locations
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy
Delivery Prep
  • Pull and stage merchandise for scheduled deliveries
  • Prepare product for transport, including wrapping, padding, and securing items
  • Ensure orders are complete and ready for delivery crews
Minor Repairs amp; Prep
  • Perform light repair or touch-up work (cosmetic fixes, tightening hardware, simple adjustments)
  • Report any major damage or issues to leadership promptly
Delivery Support
  • Assist delivery teams as a helper when needed
  • Help load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Support a professional, customer-focused delivery experience
General Warehouse Duties
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided)
  • Follow all safety, scanning, and handling procedures
  • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
  • Help where needed to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move large or heavy items with proper technique
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow processes
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working at heights when required
  • Willingness to learn multiple warehouse roles
  • Valid driver’s license
