Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for pulling pallets, stacking cases, picking orders, operating tow motors, and preparing shipments. This role ensures products are accurately picked, labeled, wrapped, and ready to ship in accordance with company standards.

How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Operate RF devices for accurate product transfers
  • Print pick tickets, bills of lading, packing slips, and labels
  • Drop and replenish skids as needed
  • Safely load and unload trucks
  • Perform daily checks on forklifts and walkie riders; report mechanical issues
  • Change batteries and check water levels and connections
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Pick, stage, wrap, and document orders accurately
  • Follow GMP and SQF guidelines; report any food safety concerns
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Train and support team members as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
The Essentials:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic math and communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, memos, safety rules, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to work safely in tight aisle spaces and communicate through signaling
  • Ability to detect and report product quality issues
Schedule & Pay:
  • Shift: Night Shift – 2-2-3 rotating schedule 6p-6a
  • Pay: $20/hour
