About Us
We are a fast-paced repack and assembly warehouse specializing in product repackaging, kitting, and production-line services. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team and help keep operations running smoothly.

Position Summary
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting production line needs, and ensuring all materials are properly tracked and organized. This role works closely with warehouse, assembly, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies

Receive, label, and organize inbound materials

Prepare and stage materials for assemblies and production lines

Monitor stock levels and report low or critical supply needs

Update inventory records in warehouse management systems

Coordinate with supervisors and CSR regarding production demand and material flow

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements

Qualifications

Previous inventory, warehouse, or production experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift

Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software is a plus
